Earlier today, Real Estate announced guitarist Matt Mondanile was leaving to focus on his own Ducktails project. Real Estate are currently on tour and will continue on with new member and guitarist Julian Lynch. Tonight they played their first show with the new lineup at Tel Aviv’s Barby Club. Watch Real Estate perform “It’s Real” and “Crime” below via Stereogum. The band announced that they will begin recording the follow-up to their 2014 album Atlas after the tour.
