Big Thief have already released one album in 2019, and today, they’ve announced a second before the year is out. Two Hands, the follow-up to U.F.O.F, is out October 11 via 4AD. “Not”—a song they often play live—appears on the album and is out today. Listen below.

The album was recorded days after the U.F.O.F sessions at the Sonic Ranch studio about 30 miles west of El Paso. “Two Hands has the songs that I’m the most proud of; I can imagine myself singing them when I’m old,” Adrianne Lenker said in a statement. “Musically and lyrically, you can’t break it down much further than this. It’s already bare-bones.”

The band have also announced a tour, and a portion of proceeds from their shows will go to good causes. In the United States, one dollar from each ticket will go to Little Kids Rock and Youth Speaks. Canadian shows will benefit DANS LA RUE, Sketch, and UNYA. European ticket sales will help out Hangarmusik, and their 2020 UK shows will benefit Girls Rock London. Find those dates below.
