On Friday night, Drake released two new songs under the single name Scary Hours. The artwork bears a striking resemblance to Rabit’s 2015 Communion Tour poster. Rabit called out Drake on Instagram with a side-by-side comparison of the two images. “Today I wake up to see OVO has redone one of my tour posters,” he wrote, adding that poster designer Collin Fletcher “is always having his style stolen.” Check it out below. “This is a story that too many artists, musicians, and designers identify with,” Fletcher said in a statement. “Hopefully this results in a larger conversation about popular culture's relationship to underground artists.” A source close to the situation tells Pitchfork that OVO did not commission the artwork; the source says it was presented to them along with other pieces to choose from.
