Last month, Leonard Cohen announced that his new album, You Want It Darker, would be out this fall. Today, on Cohen’s 82nd birthday (happy birthday Leonard Cohen!), it’s been revealed that the follow-up to 2014’s Popular Problems will be released October 21 via Sony. The first release from the album is the title track. Stream it below. Part of the song appeared earlier this year on the Netflix series “Peaky Blinders.” You Want It Darker is produced by Cohen’s son, Adam.
