Pinegrove have released a new live album, Elsewhere. It’s available now on Bandcamp as a pay-what-you-want download, with a cassette release coming in March. All proceeds from Elsewhere are being donated to the Southern Poverty Law Center, a non-profit organization that battles racial and social injustice. Listen to the album below. Pinegrove’s Evan Stephens Hall wrote in a statement about the release, “This tour took us across the United States through the days leading up to the 2016 U.S. election, election day, & the aftermath. We felt consequently that it’s an especially good time to do what we can to promote love & equality.” In December, the band announced that they were donating all proceeds from their Bandcamp to Planned Parenthood.
