Donald Glover’s award-winning series “Atlanta” has apparently set a date for its return. Lakeith Stanfield, who stars in the show, says that the second season (aka “Robbin Season”) will premiere in February on FX. A representative from FX told Pitchfork that the date hasn’t been officially announced and declined to confirm Stanfield’s timeline. After “Atlanta” premiered in 2016, the second season was delayed due to Glover’s production schedule. He’s portraying Lando Calrissian in the upcoming Hans Solo film. “Atlanta” earned Glover several awards, including Emmys for acting and directing, and Golden Globes for Best Television Series—Musical or Comedy and again for acting.
