M.I.A. has released the first official trailer for her long-in-the-works documentary MATANGI / MAYA / M.I.A. Watch it below. The behind-the-scenes portrait of M.I.A. was directed Stephen Loveridge and scored by Paul Hicks and Dhani Harrison. It premiered at Sundance Film Festival earlier this year, and will hit UK theaters on September 21 and U.S. theaters on September 28.
