Tonight at the Red Bull Music Festival in New York, Robyn sat down for a career-spanning conversation with Kindness’ Adam Bainbridge. During the talk, she shared demos of her songs “Be Mine,” “Dancing on My Own,” and “Honey.” She also discussed progress on her new album, which she previously said was arriving this year. “It’s almost there,” she revealed, adding that her approach on the new record is “softer.” She also revealed that she has plans to tour soon.

At one point, she talked about “Honey”—the song that premiered on Lena Dunham’s “Girls” last year but hasn’t been officially released. She revealed that she “wasn’t happy with” that version of the song. “It’s a good version,” she said, adding, “it becomes more important to get it to a place where I made it to what I wanted it to be.” Check out the full talk below. At an after-party, Robyn played out that new version of “Honey”—watch that go down below as well.
