Tame Impala have threatened to file a lawsuit over a blueberry milk ad (from Chinese dairy company Mengniu) that features a song similar to their Currents single “The Less I Know the Better.” Pitchfork has confirmed the legitimacy of the threat. In the caption, Kevin Parker wrote, “I mean COME ON guys at least put some effort in.” He also tagged the band’s Australian publishing company, Sony/ATV Australia, and appended a “#lawsuit” hashtag.
