Arab Strap Announce Vinyl Reissue of The Week Never Starts Round Here

The Scottish duo’s 1996 debut gets its first vinyl pressing in the United States

The Week Never Starts Round Here, the debut album by Scottish duo Arab Strap, is getting a vinyl reissue. The new edition of their 1996 album is remastered from the original tapes. It will be released on September 13 via 1972 Records in North America and Chemikal Underground in the United Kingdom and Europe. The reissue marks the album’s first domestic vinyl release in North America. Listen to a sampler of remastered tracks below.

Aidan Moffat and Malcolm Middleton reunited as Arab Strap in 2016 after calling it quits following 2005’s The Last Romance. They played shows throughout 2016 and 2017.
