The theme song of Samantha Bee’s late night TBS show “Full Frontal” is Peaches’ 2006 single “Boys Wanna Be Her.” Last night, Bee threw a special called “Not the White House Correspondents’ Dinner,” and sure enough, the show was opened and closed by Peaches performing the track live. Watch it happen below. The show—Bee’s alternative to the Trump-free official Correspondents’ Dinner—also featured appearances from Will Ferrell (who reprised his George W. Bush impression) and Allison Janney (who opened the show as her “West Wing” character C.J. Cregg). Find the full special here. Peaches’ last album was 2015’s Rub.
