Earlier today, video surfaced of Beck and Coldplay’s Chris Martin leading a supergroup of Red Hot Chili PeppersChad Smith, the Wallflowers’ Jakob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band keyboardist Roy Bittan, Goldfrapp’s Davide Rossi, more through a medley of covers. Below, you can find footage of the group playing the Beach Boys’ “Surfin’ USA,” Pink Floyd’s “Comfortably Numb,” and Bruce Springsteen’s “My Hometown.”

According to various attendees who uploaded footage, the performances reportedly took place last night at a Malibu fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Club. In an Instagram post, Chad Smith described the group as his “new boy band.”
